…hard to believe that this was one year ago today.  Life will never to be same and we wouldn’t change it for the world.
Here was the day as we captured in on our whrrl story…

from mikerusch:

My life has been blessed by Mark and Tiffany and to hear their story in their own words is beautiful and inspiring.

Truly love these two and their family both here in the states and far away in Rwanda.  Until this little one is home, we will trust and pray that all things are working together for good.

Ethiopia Day 6

…today we leave Ethiopia.

…we say good bye to new friends with stories left untold.

…we begin our journey home to a place that will look so very different from when we left it.

…we bring back from this country images and experiences we will never forget and I believe may have changed us in ways…

Ethiopia Day 5

…5:30 a.m. and a little more sleep than the night before. My mind, heart and emotions are at capacity (to say the least)

Today we travel to see St. Mary’s Church to learn about some of the custom and celebrations here in Ethiopia and then to the US Embassy for our Visa interview. Pray all goes…

mikerusch:

…so many thoughts, so many much to share.
For now, here is a little bit about one of the best days of my life…

So fun to have my sister Erin in town to help me pack.  Although it doesn’t look like Will is helping much :-)

Here is my JunkPosse necklace I had Tracy make for me! I love it!   Wear it
everyday!  When baby E is older I am going to give it to her!  I’m entering Amy’s “give away” to try and score a JunkPosse treasure for my sweet friend who has walked right beside me through our adoption journey.  She is the most giving, loving, AMAZING friend a girl could ever have!
Now I get the privelage of walking beside her as she begins her own journey to her little gal in Ethiopia!  I would love to be able to give her a JunkPosse piece to treasure!
